Traditions

We don't forget about our traditions, including gastronomy. And none more famous than the paella (in all its glorious and eclectic versions).

Several events in Southern California include our most typical dish. Among them, the ones put together by our friend and partner Armando Rodiel are some of the biggest and most popular in the area.

Here are some photos of his last one, a Paella Festival in Downtown LA, which brought in over a thousand participants!
